You CAN find and improve your voice in life, speech, and song. The class will be fun, liberating and empowering. It will include breath work, making crazy sounds and free easy movements. You will go home with a sheet of the simple exercises you have experienced and can try in 3 minutes a day for quick and noticeable change. The throat is the chakra of change so you must be prepared for that if you attend this workshop!

We blindly followed what we had seen while growing up in our own family, then came books on parenting and now we have the internet bombarding us all with infinite advice, both good and bad. In a perfect world, these are some of the rules to follow and laid down for all parents:
1. You come first. Your health is crucial to the survival of the family and take care of yourself first.
2. If you don’t feel well physically, express what the problem is to your family.
3. If you are feeling depressed or unhappy, talk about it to your family and get therapy.
4. Include your children in your discussions.
5. In today’s society too often parents are ignored or disrespected.
6. Family members need to be clear how they expect to be treated and clearly explain what they mean and why.
7. Rules make society better as they can guide behavior in positive directions.

Presentar estrategias prácticas para el empoderamiento personal y colectivo, promoviendo el intercambio de experiencias exitosas. Inspirar a las participantes a tomar medidas concretas para su desarrollo continuo, proporcionando recursos y herramientas útiles. Crear una red de apoyo entre las participantes para fomentar la solidaridad y el networking, manteniendo el contacto y el apoyo mutuo después del taller.
