Monday Meditation meets every week at 8:30am
Meditation & Study Group meets every Tuesday at 2:30pm
Start your week by joining us for a 20-25 minute meditation outdoors. You can also join us for breakfast afterwards. The group meets on Mondays at 8:30am in Plaza del Mar, Arcos section by the pool area. If you’re interested in participating in Ron’s meditation, all you have to do is show up on Monday mornings. All are welcome.

Currently meeting via zoom, please inquire about the in-person meditation location. The group starts with each person sharing an intention for the week before the 20-30 minute meditation, and then spend time discussing the current book.
