Monday Meditation includes an introduction, a 20-25 minute meditation and a discussion afterwards. It’s a great way to start your week and a wonderful introduction to meditation.
The group meets on Mondays at 8:30am in Plaza del Mar.
If you’re interested in participating in Ron’s meditation, all you have to do is show up on Monday mornings. All are welcome.
Happiness Study Group began in 2015 reading and studying a book about mindfulness and human flourishing. Since then our focus and book selections have been and continue to be study of the Middle Way and Buddhist meditation. We meet weekly for chapter by chapter book study and meditation.
With mindfulness and an experiential realization of reality, our happiness continues to grow. Anyone interested in this path without dogma, growing experience-based wisdom, and aspiring a more peaceful existence is welcome to join. The Middle Way is compatible with any religious belief system.
Although we used to meet at a home in San Antonio Del Mar, we are now meeting via Zoom on Tuesdays from 2:30 to 4pm. We spend time discussing a chapter from the book each week, as well as checking in about our meditative practice, and then we meditate together.
We will soon be reading and discussing Tina Lifford's The Little Book of Big Lies.
Enneagram is a key component for change and transformation. It will be incorporated into a larger process that enables this tool to be practical and effective in our lives.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool to understand personalities and relationships. When it is used in conjunction with several other tools, real change is possible so the Enneagram moves beyond understanding to tangible results in our lives. It has affected powerful life-changing transformations for many participants in the group.
