Tranquilo is very pleased to be offering another half day silent retreat on Thursday, October 20th from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for a vacation from our busy minds, to enjoy all the myriad benefits of Silence!
Anna and Doug have generously offered their currently vacated home in Plaza Del Mar. This event will include three meditations, a walking meditation, crystal singing bowls played by our dear Rose Lee and a light potluck lunch of finger foods. Uninterrupted, noble silence will be observed throughout the retreat, which means no talking at all until the questions and answer period.
